This Privacy Policy only applies to Privynow services. This Privacy Policy is intended to provide information to You/Privy User about how Privy collects, uses, shares, processes, and secures User Personal Data for Privynow services. By using the Privynow service, the User understands that Privy will collect and use Users information as described in this Privacy Policy. If the User wants to read the terms and condition to use Privynow services, please refer to this link Terms and Conditions. The usage of Privynow is governed by the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The definitions used in this Policy refer to the definitions explained in the Terms of Use.
Privy will notify Users if there is a change to this Privacy Policy by posting it on this page.
a. Data that We request from You
You may use Privynow service with/without Privynow Account. Nevertheless, when You use Privynow services, You shall provide Your personal data information in the form of name and e-mail addresses.
We shall also gather Your password that you use to create your Privynow Account.
b. Data that We collect automatically
When You sign, We automatically collect IP Address, login information, geolocation, and browser version.
c. Data that We collect from Third Parties and other Users
Users can use Privynow services through third parties. The third-party will then forward Your personal data information in order for You to use Privynow services.
Furthermore, other Users may also submit Your personal data information so that You may use Privynow services.
d. Cookies
We use Cookies while You use the Services, User references, and as authentication data related to usage sessions either through the website or through the Privynow application.
To use Privynow services, the Users will be asked to provide some of the Users personal information and personal data as correctly, clearly, accurately, and completely. If Users do not provide personal data or do not provide representation and warranty, information or data that is incorrect, unclear, inaccurate, or incomplete, then Privy has the right to refuse, suspend or stop, as partially or completely, Privynow services provided to the Users.

Privy uses cookies to improve the quality of services to recognize and remember certain information in the Users browser including session management, service personalization, and records of User activity. You can choose to disable cookies in Your browser, but if the user deactivates cookies, this will limit certain functions of the Privynow website service.
4. PERSONAL DATA SHARED
Privy can share User personal data as follows:
a. to process all forms of Users activities related to matters such as processing purchases of Privynow services, payment verification, and others;
b. to help provide services or perform data processing for and on behalf of Privy; and
c. to comply with legal provisions and statutory regulations, in the context of law enforcement processes or taking further preventive actions in connection with unauthorized activities, suspected criminal acts or violations of law or statutory regulations.
Privy does not sell and/or share Users Personal Data with other parties without the Users consent. Privy guarantees that only Users and other parties who are given consent by the User can access and/or view Electronic Documents uploaded by the User.
In the event that You give consent to a third party to use Privynow Account to access or use services provided by third parties, the third party’s use of Users personal data is subject to the terms and conditions and/or privacy policies of each third party.
5. PERSONAL DATA SECURITY
We take storage and security effort with special care to protect the confidentiality of Users personal data from time to time. Any content uploaded and sent by User to Our Services will be stored securely and sent confidentially using industry electronic information security standards.
Privy set high standards for information security. As additional information, Privy has been certified with ISO 27001: 2013 regarding Information Security Management System.
6. DATA STORAGE
The Personal Data collected by Privy is stored in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and will be available as long as the User subscribed as Privynow Users as required by the Terms of Use and the applicable Law and Regulation for the storage of personal data.
7. USER RIGHTS
a. Access Request
The User has the right to access the Users Personal Data stored in Privy. Requests for access to personal data can be made by giving notice to Privy through the Privy contact listed on this page.
b. Request for Change
The User has the right to change the Users Personal Data stored on Privynow services. Changes, additions, or updates to personal information and data can be made by notifying Privy through Privy contact. Privy has the right to verify the changes, additions, or updates of the personal information and data in accordance with the Privy procedure.
c. Request for Removal
Upon Users request, Privy will delete the Users Personal Data from the Privy system.
Requests for Users Rights and further questions regarding how Privy operates its Privacy Policy can be submitted through Your notice to Us as explained below.
8. CONTACT AND NOTIFICATION
a. Notification from Us
Any notification from Us addressed to You or Users will be announced through the Site and sent to User via e-mail or Short Message Service (SMS) registered on layanan Privynow.
b. Notification from You
Any notification from You or User addressed to Us becomes effective when the notification is received by Us through an e-mail address assist@privy.id and/or through physical documents sent to PT Privy Identitas Digital at Jl. Kemang Raya No. 34L, Level 2, Kelurahan Bangka, Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan, 12730, Indonesia.
